The MIN denotes ND2 (1 f-stop or 50% light transmittance) and the MAX denotes ND400 (9 f-stops or 0.25% light transmittance).

Note
Rotating at the extreme you will see a dark X appear. This is a normal phenomenon,please lower down the density value gradually and reduce the aperture, until the facula disappeared
