You have 7 days the "day after" the day that the goods are received under the distance selling act from arrival of the goods to cancel your contract. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with all packaging and in a re salable state. The goods remain YOUR responsibility until they are received and signed for by us.
Cancellation/Return of unwanted orders/items incur a 10% handling fee to cover processing/handling fees.
If an unwanted product is returned for exchange for a different product the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference plus return postage.
Electronic communications

Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing and product information. Instances may arise in which a product(s) are priced incorrectly on the website or where the product information supplied is inaccurate. SA Camera land will not be held bound by the incorrect price(s) in cases where such error(s) occur. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent variances in our local suppliers’ pricing, as well as the occurrence of periodic supplier price increases, SA Camera land cannot guarantee that the price at which an item is back ordered will be the price at which the goods will be sold once stock has landed in South Africa. In these instances SA Camera land will either refund the total amount already paid, or should the client still wish to purchase the product, said client will be liable for the difference in price.
Pre-Order Items
Please note that the price advertised on pre-order items are subject to change and is subject to the final handling fee. If the item costs more than anticipated, the client is liable to pay the difference. if the final fee is less than anticipated, the client will receive his/her credit.

Incurred expenses
SA Camera land is not responsible for any extra expenses incurred by the customer. Whether it be Bank Charges for a funds transfer or currency conversion charges on a International Credit Card.
